Relieve Sinus Pressure with Reflexology
I’ve met up with a friend at a local coffee shop today to do some “co-working”. We are both self employed and get together once in a while to work on our marketing or personal writing - separately, but together at the same table - to give us the sense of community that is often sacrificed in the life of a solopreneur, writer or artist.
And . . . so far, I’ve accomplished nothing because I woke up with an excruciating, I can’t think of anything else beyond the discomfort, headache. The kind that in the past has knocked me down for 24-48 hours.
So instead of working on updating my website, I’ve been scrolling through old photos and videos and came across this one. I made it during the pandemic, after having taken a CEU course about reflexology for my massage license. After getting over the cringe that I feel anytime I have to see myself on camera - I applied the techniques that I shared - and my headache has knocked itself back about 25% already. Since it helped me, I thought it was worth a re-share.
Also it will make me feel like I am still being productive and not just wasting time scrolling through old photos. ;) Hope it helps you too.
